Step 1

Cut ( x ) the object in the third layer and paste ( v ) it in the second layer.

Next, you need to select points at the front view as shown in the picture because we are going to merge the points together.

When you press the m key a panel will appear. You need to choose Fractional and set Power to 3.0.
